Frequently asked questions
How do I start a scan?
Go to Scan Hub and choose one of three methods: Select specific products, auto-scan your whole catalog, or paste image URLs directly.
What's the difference between QA-only and QA+Fix?
QA-only scores your images and flags issues (blur, dark, cluttered). QA+Fix also automatically fixes detected issues. QA-only uses QA credits; QA+Fix uses both QA and Fix credits.
How are credits charged?
1 QA credit per image analyzed. 1 Fix credit per image fixed. Credits are only charged on success — failed analyses don't cost you.
Can I push fixed images to my Shopify store?
Yes! For any image scanned from your Shopify catalog, click "Push to Shopify" to replace the live image. Your original is archived (Shopify keeps version history).
What does 'Hero only' vs 'All images' mean?
Hero only scans the main product image (position 1). All images scans every gallery image for each product. Hero only is faster and uses fewer credits.
How do I retry or request a better fix?
Open a completed batch, find the image, and click "Request custom fix". Describe what you want changed and we'll re-run the fix (costs 1 Fix credit).
What happens to my original images?
When you push a fixed image, the original is archived by default. You can toggle "Keep original" to keep both versions in your Shopify gallery.
Why do some images show 'Fix: not required'?
The image already meets quality standards — no fix was needed. This saves you Fix credits.
How do I see my catalog health score?
The Dashboard shows your overall Catalog Health based on the latest QA results. Scan more products to improve coverage.
Can I change my plan?
Yes — go to Settings to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
