Frequently asked questions

How do I start a scan?

Use Scan Hub → Manual URLs (paste links), Products (select SKUs), or Auto-scan (bulk).

What’s the difference between QA-only and QA+Fix?

QA-only scores images and flags issues. QA+Fix also runs auto-fix where needed (costs QA + Fix credits).

When are credits charged?

QA: 1 credit per image after QA succeeds. Fix: 1 credit per image after Fix succeeds (QA+Fix or manual fix).

Can I push images to Shopify?

Yes—available for catalog/auto-scan batches tied to SKUs. Manual URL uploads don’t show the push button.

Where are fixed images stored?

Uploaded to your storage (R2/S3). Batch details and Products page show fresh signed URLs.

Why do I see ‘Fix: not required’ on QA-only?

QA-only batches skip Fix. You can still click Fix selected later if you want to improve specific images.

How do I retry or request a better fix?

Open the batch, choose an image, use Retry Fix or Custom Fix with your instructions. We only charge on success.

How do I keep selection across product pages?

Selections persist across pagination in the Products picker. Change per-page or page forward; selected SKUs stay checked.

How do I see catalog health?

Dashboard shows Catalog health using your latest QA results. Run QA on more SKUs to improve coverage.

Troubleshooting

  • If uploads fail, check file size (max 15MB) and retry.
  • If batches stay queued, ensure backend workers are running.
  • For Shopify sync issues, click Sync in Products page, then retry auto-scan.
