Quick answers to common questions about FixCatalog.
What does FixCatalog do?
We scan your Shopify catalog, run QA on product images, fix issues (backgrounds, lighting, blur, framing), and let you push improved images back to Shopify.
How are credits used?
QA consumes QA credits; fixes consume Fix credits. Free/trial plans get a small one-time credit bundle; paid plans include monthly credits. You’ll see remaining credits in the navigation panel.
Which data do you store?
Store domain, product/variant IDs, titles, tags, image URLs/metadata, and images you select for QA/fix. We store generated images (Cloudflare R2) and service logs/metrics. No card data is stored (Shopify Billing handles payments).
Can I control where images are pushed?
Yes—push is scoped to your catalog only. We write improved images back to Shopify products; we don’t modify inventory or variants.
How do I request data deletion or export?
Email support@graphora.io with your shop domain. We honor Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks for customer data and will process your request promptly.
