FixCatalog (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides product image QA, fixing, and publishing tools for Shopify merchants.

1. Data we collect

Store data (domain, owner email for billing/support), plan status, product/variant IDs, titles, tags, image URLs/metadata, images you upload or select for QA/fix, diagnostics (logs/status/error traces), billing metadata (plan choice, charge IDs, usage totals; payments handled by Shopify), and optional feedback you submit.

2. How we use data

Deliver core features (catalog sync, QA, fixes, push to Shopify), run AI/image processing, maintain reliability/security, provide support, and analyze aggregated/anonymous usage to improve quality. We comply with legal obligations.

3. Data sharing

Shopify APIs (read/write catalog/images), AI/image providers (only what’s needed to process your images), storage/CDN (e.g., Cloudflare R2), monitoring/alerting. We do not sell personal data.

4. Data location & retention

Primary storage: PostgreSQL (service data), Cloudflare R2 (images). We keep data only as long as needed for service delivery, support, or legal compliance. You can request deletion (see Your Rights).

5. Security

Encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls/least privilege, signed URLs for protected assets where applicable.

6. Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data; restrict/object where applicable. For Shopify privacy requests we honor mandatory webhooks. Contact support@graphora.io with your shop domain.

7. Cookies/Tracking

Only functional/session cookies for authentication. No third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

Not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
